Pre & Postnatal Training

Training through pregnancy and the months after birth, with programming that changes as your body does.

Pregnancy is not a reason to stop training. It is a reason to train differently. We adjust load, position, and breathing trimester by trimester so you keep the strength that makes carrying, labor, and recovery easier.

After birth we start from the inside out: breath, deep core, pelvic floor, then progressive loading. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is skipped. If you are dealing with diastasis, leaking, or a cesarean recovery, we build around it rather than ignoring it.

This is for you if

  • You are pregnant and want to keep training safely
  • You are weeks or years postpartum and your core does not feel like yours
  • You have diastasis recti, pelvic floor symptoms, or a cesarean recovery
  • You want to return to lifting without guessing at what is safe
