Beth T.

Hi, I’m Beth!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Nutritionist, with additional certifications in pre & postnatal fitness (AFPA), corrective exercise (NASM), youth exercise (NASM), and genetic-based programming and testing (ISSA). With a degree in Family Studies and Behavioral Health, I’m passionate about combining fitness and mental health. This led me to also become a Clinical Trauma Specialist and Trauma Specialist in Nutrition (Arizona Trauma Institute), with additional training in somatic and body-based regulation, the mind-body connection, and non-pharmacological approaches to chronic pain.

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where I discovered my love for fitness through athletic training and weightlifting for basketball. I coached basketball and helped others learn how to workout during high school and college, though I started on a different professional path—working with foster kids and as a teacher assistant before earning my personal training certification in 2018. After training clients part-time for a couple of years, I took a leap of faith and transitioned to full-time training. Five years later, it was the best decision of my life. Building my own business has been an incredible journey, but the most rewarding part has been the relationships and transformations I’ve shared with my clients.

I’ve worked with women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels—from athletes to pregnant and postpartum moms, people recovering from injuries/surgeries, to those brand new to the gym. AllI need is an eagerness to learn & grow and commitment to the process. I strive to create an atmosphere where each of my clients feel personally supported, make substantial progress, and build confidence both in and out of the gym!
