Hi! I’m Cherie, a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. My passion is to create
effective, supportive training experiences that help clients build strength, improve movement, and make fitness a sustainable part of everyday life.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from The University of Texas at Austin, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE
Certified Fitness Professional. My background allows me to design programs that are focused on proper movement, and tailored to each individual’s goals and abilities.

I’m originally from Houston, Texas, and moved to Austin to attend UT—falling in love with the city and making it home. I’ve been involved in fitness for more than two
decades, working in a variety of training environments and with clients at many different
stages of their fitness journey.

As a mom of five and grandmother of two, I understand how important it is for training to fit into real life. I’ve worked with clients focused on strength training, functional fitness, mobility, and overall conditioning, and I love seeing those moments
when someone realizes what their body is capable of—hitting a new personal best, moving pain-free, or gaining confidence both inside and outside the gym.
