I’m Chloe Flanders, a certified personal trainer with a passion for all things holistic health!
I’m originally from Sarasota, Florida and moved to Austin in 2022! I have my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a minor in Food & Nutrition from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC)!
I have an athletic background in competitive soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse and started on my strength training and fitness journey in high school. Strength training has brought me a confidence I wish to instill in all my clients and is a big reason why i became a PT. My passion for lifting is accompanied by my passion for holistic nutrition which is why i spent a few years working with a holistic doctor studying acupuncture, nutrition, and oriental medicine learning about the benefits and importance of a holistic lifestyle.
My training experience is in weight loss, muscle gain, functional movement, injury recovery, nutrition, and holistic health - focusing on a well-rounded approach to health that is not solely based on exercise, but all things that make up a healthy individual!
My goal is to be a reliable and motivating support system who encourages you to become your happiest and healthiest self by creating holistic lifelong habits!
During these 30 minute personalized sessions we will maximize the short amount of time we have together to push you closer towards your goals. Designed for you ultra busy bees who don’t have much time but still want to prioritize your health - these sessions are most effective paired with other exercise throughout the week.
$60/ Single Session Rate
Your 60 minute training session will be specially tailored towards you and your goals using various training modalities such as strength training, functional movement, pain-free performance, injury prevention, stretching, and mobility. In addition to exercise, our sessions will include holistic check in’s - touching on nutrition, sleep, stress, and other areas of life that you may need guidance or accountability in! My goal is to leave you feeling better than you came in, both mentally and physically!
$110/ Single Session Rate
During your personalized consultation, i’ll show you around the studio before we will sit down and dive into your goals, your why’s, and how i can help you achieve your goals. We’ll chat about your current habits and routine, any limitations you may have, and how you’re feeling so that we can develop a program tailored specifically for you! My goal is to leave you feeling excited and ready to take on your fitness journey with me by your side!

No, we won't lock you into any contracts or charge you for a membership. Cancel or pause at anytime.
Clients can easily cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance for no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a full session fee. Please contact your trainer directly to cancel.
