Hey, I’m Chloe!


I’m a certified personal trainer here in Austin, Texas, and I specialize in helping women build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last!


I grew up in Sarasota, Florida, where I played competitive soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse. My love for lifting weights started in high school and quickly became a cornerstone of my own wellness journey.


In addition to my personal training certification, I’m certified in Mat Pilates and Pain-Free Performance with my B.S. in Kinesiology and a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!)


I work exclusively with women because I understand how personal and vulnerable the fitness journey can be. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel empowered, supported, and seen. Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, recover from an injury, or simply feel better in your body, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your life and honors your body!


I take a holistic approach that goes far beyond just working out. I’ve spent years studying nutrition and holistic health alongside a holistic doctor, learning how real, sustainable wellness comes from a balance of movement, nourishment, and mindset.


From strength training to nutrition and stress management, my mission is to help you feel your absolute best — both physically and mentally.

The ideal strength training frequency to see the best results. More 1on1 time with me each week to build healthy habits and provide guidance in any areas you may be struggling with.

  • How much do sessions cost?

    $110/Single Session Rate

    $100/ Per Session 2x Week Training

    $95/ Per Session 3x Week Training

  • Are there memberships or contracts?

    No, we won't lock you into any contracts or charge you for a membership.  Cancel or pause at anytime. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Clients can easily cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance for no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a full session fee.  Please contact your trainer directly to cancel.

  • How do I book?
