I begin working with Stacia in June 2021 and I lost over 20 pounds in the year’s time we worked together. I wanted to lose weight and build muscle. We designed a nutrition plan that initially
included the AIP protocol and using my Fitness Pal for tracking macros. We had check-in’s each week. The thing that I learned the most from Stacia was that this is my journey and it requires me to do the work. She could suggest many things, but unless I actually did those things and was consistent, I would not see progress. I struggled with getting the nutrition piece and the exercise piece together. It seemed that I could do one or the other but not both together.
I would highly recommend Stacia, as she is very intelligent, knowledgeable, adaptive, understanding and just tough enough!!
