I was scared of hurting myself in the gym and had no clue on how to use any of the equipments.
I came to Jessica with the goal of gaining strength and she has been amazing at guiding me patiently. Jessica created a routine that works for my body. We started with mobility exercises and slowly worked my way up to using the machines. I had injured myself running and Jessica adapted our workout plan to allow me to heal while continuing to strengthen. She has been absolutely great at motivating me to go up in weight and reps, I learned to bench press and I can't be more thrilled at our progress.
I have been seeing so much improvement not just in the gym but also functionally. I can carry my shopping so much more easily, can run longer, fall sick less often and feel an overall sense of better physical and mental health

Jessica is amazing! She is the best trainer. She understands what you need and how to improve at such a deep level and provides recommendations for better form and nutrition.
