Hey! I'm Madiha, I've helped dozens of women build strength and confidence in the weight room.


I am a NASM certified personal trainer, women's fitness specialist, pain free performance specialist, and 200+ hour yoga teacher. I hold a masters degree in psychological research from Texas State (eat 'em up!) where I spent hours in the lab studying health behaviors.


Any trainer can create a workout plan, I curate a program based on your personality, lifestyle, and goals that will help you create a foundation for health.


Working with me means having someone in your corner as your guide to deep health. What we do in the gym is just a few hours of the week. We'll not only train but optimize your sleep, nutrition and recovery to help you not only look better but feel better.

Great for women with other fitness activities outside of our training session or busy schedules.  Beginners may also like a lower frequency to build the habit and endurance for strength training.

  • How much do sessions cost?

  • Do you have open gym hours?

    Unfortunately we don't allow use of the gym outside of one on one personal training sessions, with exception of occasional classes. By prioritizing individualized sessions this allows you exclusive access to have curated workouts  for maximum results.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Clients can easily cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance for no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a full session fee.  Please contact your trainer directly to cancel.


  • How do I book?
