I'm Stacia and I'm passionate about helping women unlock their full potential through strength training. Originally from West Coast, movement has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been lifting weights for over 13 years and training clients professionally since 2020.
I’m certified through NASM, the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC), Functional Range Systems, and the Nutrition Coaching Institute. My approach blends strength training with mobility work, nutrition education, and nervous system regulation to create a truly balanced and empowering fitness experience.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—postpartum women rebuilding strength, individuals managing Parkinson’s, and people who simply want to get as strong and resilient as possible. No matter where someone is starting, I meet my clients where they are at.
At the core of my work is the belief that women deserve spaces where we are seen, supported, and celebrated—far beyond just physical results. In a world that constantly tells us to be smaller or quieter, I’m hear to help you get stronger and take up space!
