Hi!! I’m Jessica and am the owner of Axiom. My vision with Axiom is to create an elevated strength based facility to empower women and uplift them to reach their goals.


I am a NASM and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. My additional certifications are through Fit4 Mom Pre and Postnatal Fitness.  ISSA Pilates Instructor,  Precision Nutrition Level 1, Precision Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery, and the Pain Free Performance Specialist Coaching programs.


I’m originally from Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Austin in February ‘22. I have been in some kind of sport my whole life, competing in team sports as a kid, running and wrestling in high school then continuing on to powerlifting through college and more recently running marathons. I have now been competitively lifting for over 12 years and stumbled into personal training because of it.

I also have experience with weight loss clients and functional fitness. It’s motivating to see clients lift their one rep max, get their first push up, and even overcome an injury. To see my clients discover what their body can achieve, gain confidence both in and out of the gym, and have fun while doing it is why I do what I do.

These 30-minute personalized training sessions are designed to maximize efficiency and results while fitting seamlessly into your busy schedule.  These shorter sessions can also be beneficial for those recovering from injuries, those taking the first step into their fitness journey, teens and children, or those with medical clearance dealing with ailments.

 Each 55-minute session features a carefully curated mix of exercises and training modalities, strategically sequenced to maximize efficiency and results. The encouragement of strength based exercises can also include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional movements, stability and mobility exercises.  These workouts offer variety and versatility to keep you engaged and motivated.  In just 55 minutes, you'll experience a transformative workout that holds you accountable and one step closer to reaching your fitness goals.

This session kicks off with a personalized consultation, where we take the time to understand your fitness goals, preferences, and any considerations or limitations you may have. This ensures that each workout is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're striving to build strength, enhance endurance, improve flexibility, or even achieve weight loss.  I offer nutrition guidance, additional workout advice and support, accountability and would love to be apart of your fitness journey.

  • How much do sessions cost?

  • Do you have open gym hours?

    Unfortunately we do not provide use of the gym outside of one on one personal training sessions, with exception of occasional classes. By prioritizing individualized sessions this allows you exclusive access to have curated workouts  for maximum results.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Clients can easily cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance for no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a full session fee. Please contact your trainer directly to cancel.

  • How do I book?
